Few questions while I consider my options since Sager stuff is totally new to me.

Is there any significant difference between then 8130 and 8150 other than a motherboard/chipset?

Chiclet keyboard - never had one before. Is there an similar computer that has a similar keyboard I can go and try in a store somewhere?

    8130 - Plastic palmrest / touchpad / matte screen

8150 - Rubberized palmrest / touchpad / glossy screen / can upgrade video card in the future without hassle

Note: I believe the 8130 can have a video card upgrade as well, but you'll need to purchase a larger/more powerful power adapter.

Trust me that the keyboard is pretty damn amazing. I've owned the G53, G73 and GX740. Out of all the keyboards, this is my favourite.

The main reason I like this keyboard more than the others is that when I'm typing fast and I lift my finger off a key, it doesn't get stuck on a surrounding key. This happened frequently with the Asus G-Series.

I like matte over glossy because it doesn't reflect when I bring it to lectures/classes (the glossy does).

All all are good. I went with Mythlogic as you can see, but they're probably more expensive since they build their models from Clevo barebones.. For "cheapest" I'd suggest Xotic or LPC-Digital. Or maybe even MALIBAL.. talk to all of em.

Mythlogic is pretty cool, been around for a while, more recently moved into the laptop building scene.

Xotic is based in Nebraska, have a lot of followers on here, and the people there all seem to be nice. They tell people that their machines will get priority at Sager for repairs as one of their better selling points, but this has been contested as of late..

Lpc is newer correct? They're nice people too. They seemed more willing to cut on prices to gain business IMO..

MALIBAL is a great company as well. Didn't talk with them too much, but folks on here like em.

    I personally went with GenTechPC.

    Best service I've ever had.
