I have already installed --> removed -->CCleaner --> Installed again and nothing.

The issue that i'm having is with the Screen brightness hotkey. Everything else works but this.
When i press it, the little bar that shows the brightness does show up on the top left corner but nothing changes. The bar doesn't move or anything.

Have you tried reinstalling the Nvidia driver as well? Sometimes there can be conflicts. Other than that I can't think what else would do it besides another conflict somewhere. Do the other fn keys work? Does it not work after rebooting, or have you not restarted since you noticed it? Sometimes going to sleep tends to cause issues with fn hotkeys on lots of laptops.

All other FN keys work. The brightness work too, however, it doesn't change the level of brightness when pressed. The bar stays on the lowest.

I had the same problem as you but re installing your video cards driver could help you.

If its nVidia go reinstall that and try it, if its AMD, install the old stock driver it came with.
