    So,

I ordered 8gb ram so where exactly does Sager install the first 8gb (2x4)?

Looking at the manual, it looks like the 8gb would be installed under the component bay as it is listed as primary sockets. Secondary sockets are under the keyboard but says not user upgradeable???

I planned on upgraded to ranother 8gb (2x4)

    Thanks

They install it under the Keyboard first. :)

I have to say I love the way the manual phrases that..."NOT User upgradeable, but here is how you upgrade the RAM under the keyboard anyway." :p

You should be able to do it without issues. :)

It used to be installed in the primary slots in the component bay, but it was switched to be easier for user upgrades. The under-keyboard slots are user upgradeable, just tougher to get to. You should have two empty slots in the component bay when you receive it :)

For under the keyboard it's not too much of a task... ;)
