    8690 random beep from system?

    Hey there, im getting a weird system beep, just one very short beep once in a while....every 20 min to 2 hours, even with no load on system......in game temps are 72c for cpu and 73c for gpu? Any ideas what the heck it is?

    8662 does it when the batter is about to die... maybe your power cord is being funky?

    hmm, battery is at full power unless its a bad battery? im def plugged in. and its not like constant beeping, every few hours....

    as in theres a problem with it? ive never had a HDD beep at me.... that cant be normal. If i was posting and it beeped that would be another thing....

    Some hard drives can make a beep noise, I am sure I have seen posts about it on the Kobalt forums some time ago. Apparently it is normal for some models.
