Just wanted to get a list of what drivers people were using and what 3dmark scores they were getting.

175.75 here, first time i ran it i got 9678. After a couple reformats and about 3 runs of 3dmark it was a steady 9300ish. Dunno what happened. OC'ed cpu to 2.8ghz and get a score of 10427

Because Sager does not support OCing except for the Extreme Cpu X9000 ... and that's only 400Mhz.

The q9550 is now supported by Sager .
You can get that from newegg.

However you have a PCMW system, so ask them is the q9550 is supported...

It is they are selling it with the laptop. I saw a site that was selling the QX9650 with the laptop. I wish I saved the link.

Also I ran the test again after messing with some stuff.

Qx9650? ouch man, that is not healthy.
Any CPU with a TDP over 95W is certain death...

Definite killer with performance, but the 130W TDP is 50% more than what the D901C is meant to support.
    Oh well,go enthusiasts :D

I thought the cpu is only reaching 130W when overclocked and under normal usage it should be similar to non-extreme cpu's.
    I could be wrong though.

Locolaptop is showing a newer bios revision, 62.92.40.00.18
I have 62.92.34.00.08 and was assured by tech support that the Laptop had the latest Drivers and Bios. So much for that....

Where can updated Bios for the 8800's be download from?

I have no artifacting. I did the max voltage support of 1.15 but my issue is the "driver has crashed but recover" thing. that pops up once in a while. Im gonna try leaving memory at 950 because I had problems with your clocks dazzyd. I think that what my problem is.

I seen people hit 740Mhz on their cards.

hmm i had those message pop up initially. the one about your drivers crashed then recovered. but since reinstalling vista and the 175.75 drivers.. so far so good with the clocks that i have got too. yeh i guess drop it down to be on the safe side. but that shouldnt affect your benchmark too much too. considering you got the Q9450. :D

Whattt???? a new 62.62.23.00.18 vbios?? with higher voltage support??? Where can you find it? And where can I?
However "the driver has crashed but recovered" thing, is because the vga crashed (too high OC obviously) not rensponding anymore to the driver wich than crashes itself.. hope to be useful

I tried it and the idle temps went to 62 from 54.And also looking at it via Nibitor, the boot up clocks were 5 digits.I dnt know if it important or not.
