If you mean the Clevo D901C, then yes you can run 32 bit and 64 bit XP on it.

Buy from a reseller that either sells XP or sells it without an OS. There are other European countries that will ship there too.

Thank you!, so I guess I have to buy a new legal xp to make it work (if I buy the machine) .The specs look great, I'll use it to record music in my studio. Anyway it may be a 570tu, but I'll need a second hd on that, anyone??

I have pro 32bit and pro 64bit installed on mine.
You can re-use an old XP key if your not using XP on the machine it originally came with. (at least, that is what your supposed to do)

Well I was testing XP64, but I haven't fully switched over to it yet. Maybe I will if I get a core i7 desktop with lots of RAM.
The only thing I had problems with was my logitech mouse's lack of proper drivers. (can't use/reprogram all 8 buttons) However I might be buying a new mouse soon anyway as my MX 700 is old. (already had to solder a new button on once, and that was a few years ago)

XP64 can use up to ~6.8 GB of ram in this laptop vs 3 GB in XP32bit, and it should get higher performance in certain apps.
I think its also slightly faster in gaming for me, but I haven't done any extensive testing to confirm that.

I have no problems with RAID, blutooth, wifi, webcam, audio, graphics card drivers, game buttons, tuner card drivers in XP 64. I haven't really tested blutooth yet but it and everything else works just as good as in XP32 from what I've used so far. So on a new install, I say you should just go with 64bit and don't look back.

I do have a few 64bit only programs that I was itching to try like some emulators, but that is about it for exclusive programs that I've tried.
