I have a Clevo M761SU and the bus 16x bus is working at 8x. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

not sure what is the issue, but on with a 9300M GS I don“t believe there is a performacne gap between pci-e 8x and 16x... even with a GTX260M and higher the perf gap is probably max 1 - 2 %
