Thinking on buying a 9377 just wondering if there is ghosting with the keyboard, or any other issues I should know about?

If by ghosting you mean "if I press X number of keys, it won't accept certain other keypresses" then yes. Pretty much every laptop keyboard ever will do this. I don't have many real issues with it otherwise though. You need to be specific.

As mentioned, they do ghost with specific key combinations, and with the exception of the white elephant (the mechanical keyboard, of which I have 3 of those lovely IBM keyboards *evil cackle*) then no, there's no easy solution.
A lot of these specialized laptop keyboards and/or new usb keyboards 'solve' the problem by re-mapping how given keys are being mapped.
Frankly put, usb itself is a limitation. It's impossible to have a fully functional any key you press will be pushed keyboard. That's why the old ibm keyboard is still PS/2.
And also why I wish high end gaming laptops allowed a PS/2 connector still -
Also, what do you mean "for some games like BF4" he'll need to reprogram keys? -
Any other known issues like crappy TN panels? Fans not keeping system cool?
-
As for the other...
I don't see how that can be possible since USB itself has a limitation on the total number of keys pressed at any given time. Granted, I doubt you'll ever press 10 keys at once, but the fact is it's still impossible to press -every- key at the same time and expect every key to push, like with a PS2/mechanical keyboard.
The way these manufacturers get around it is by remapping known key combinations to be on their own map point allowing the common key combinations to work, and by removing the ability to combine other keys that are rarely if ever used.
It's a good compromise.
The 900 series runs significantly cooler, so I doubt you'll have problems.
The TN panel is hit and miss. If they allow the 72% gamut or higher, get it, it's always going to be a better monitor.
The default TN panel is whatever they have on hand at the time.
9377 keyboard ghosting issues? or other issues?
