    Hi Guys,

Ok I've nly had my M860TU a couple of days and as awesome as it is I've decided to push it a bit...

So I downloaded the offical nvidia drivers that support overclocking (179.28) and had a quick blast at overclocking with ntune...

    Core - 650
    Memory - 850
    Shader - default

    3DMark Result: 9611 [IMG]

I'm happy with the results so far, but I still have the 10k mark in sight... is it realistic?

A few questions though... can Ntune clock the shader too, or do I have to use RivaTuner for that?

How long should I run ATI Tool to test for artifacts... durring the 3dMark Test the GPU reached a max of 65 degrees, but I believe 3D Mark isn't really good for stress testing?

    Edit - Just tried..
    Core - 675
    Memory - 875
    Shader - default
    3DMark06: 9788

GPU only hit 69 degrees during 3DMark06 gonna have to go for 700 / 900 ;-)

Lol just tried setting it to 700 / 900 in NTune and I got a dodgy display while it was testing it, luckily it detected it and put it back to previous clocks... I've managed to get it to 690 / 890, testing it in ATI Tool for 15 mins before 3DMark06

    Core - 690
    Memory - 890
    Shader - default
    3DMark06: 9823

I don't think that I can go any higher... although I haven't overclocked the shader (unless Ntune does this too?)

I think that ntune keeps the shader at 2.5x the core clock. you can check the various clocks with GPU-Z to see...

im going to say it should be a bit higher...

this was my 2.26 ghz p8400 running under vista 64
    Main test results
    3DMark Score 9541 3DMarks
    SM 2.0 Score 4454
    SM 3.0 Score 4541
    CPU Score 2054

also, download ntune system tools 6.03... yours looks to be the older version
6.02 has fan control for some boards
6.03 has dual vga sliders for two cards
and they both have sliders for core/mem/shader

Ok I'll try with 6.03 and see how I go, out of interest were your scores with a 9800m GT card or the GTS?

Is it also possible to set voltages on a 9800m GTS with the nvidia system tools?
