Hello, I'm thinking of purchasing an NP5793. It's between that or the alienware m15x. I was thinking I would order it from eurocom as they're about 100 dollars cheaper than anywhere else I have looked, as well as the fact that i'm from Canada so I will not have to pay duty on it. I just had a quick question. Do the eurocom cases look like the ones they have pictured on their webpage here with the sort of ribbed backing...

    http://www.eurocom.com/gallery/189/index.html

or do they look like the ones from the xoticpc page with the sort of brushed metal back to them

I much prefer the ones that are pictured on eurocoms webpage for some reason and I would like to be sure that that would in fact be the case that I get.

Also, what is different about the OEM version of vista that eurocom sells, and the regular upgrade version that you can get from futureshop, aside from the fact that the version eurocom sells is a standalone copy, whereas future shop sells an upgrade version. I already have windows xp full version so the upgrade will suit me just fine. Just wondering if theres anything that the OEM version includes that the upgrade version wont. I'm assuming the correct drivers. Anything else?

    Thanks for the help.

Eurocom sells everything like Sager... direct from Clevo.

So the chassis should all be 100% standard.

I know the only difference is the lid design, but i was wondering if anyone who has actually ordered from eurocom can comment on weather or not you actually recieve that different lid design that they show on their webpage, or if the pictures on their webpage are simply inaccurate, and they actually sell just the regular brushed metal lid design with their laptops.
