Hi, I new here and never own a clevo/sager gaming laptop. I just wanted to know how big (WxLxH) for the ac adapter power brick for NP8130.

Before asking why? I just wanted to see if I can fit AC adapter in my backpack with books and laptop, I carry a huge load, so space is a concern for me before I buy this laptop.

Do I need a cooling pad? I am going to play mid-high setting game for latest gaming in 2010-2011 for more then 30 min -3+ hour with friends at college. (Street fighter 4, starcraft, BF3(maybe low), COD MW3, skyrim, and etc).

Planning to order in OCT. mid.

    Thank,

The brick is literally the size of a brick. A cooling pad is helpful but is not a must need. Lifting the back of the laptop like 1 inch will greatly help keep the temps down.

You shouldn't need a cooling pad on these machines. They run nice and cool with just using them on a flat surface or possibly slightly elevated. :)

Well that good to know i guess I don't need a cooling pad :) for long hour of game plays. Wow, I looked at youtube, it seem more then a normal cement brick haha. I guess I need to carry my paper notebook and book to reduce the width to make the ac adapter to fit in my backpack.

I was just reading another thread, Do you (malibal) offer free shipping next month (October)? or can you tell me when the special promotion expire, unless the free shipping only applies to NP8150 and above, not np8130.

    Thank

You will NOT need a cooling pad. the 8130 is remarkably cool under any condition of use, unlike EVERY OTHER LAPTOP I and my family have ever owned.
