I've read a few posts that have led me to believe that for some bizarre reason Clevo bioses have disabled VT-d and it cant be utilized with the W150HN series.

I just wanted to check with other owners of i7-2720qms or other capable processors whether the same is true for AES-NI ?

Does CPU-Z show VT-D or AES-NI for capable processors with W150HNx's? Does TrueCrypt recognize AES instructions?

Can we expect a BIOS update that fixes these stupid limitations?

Apparently theres going to be a bios update sometime this month to address VT-x support, VT-d isn't really disabled but isn't functional either atm since it's a subset of VT-x.
As for AES-NI I'm pretty sure thats not an issue.
