It's only for those 3 games. Later another 13.2 beta should have memory controller rewrite supposedly helps with frame latency for all other games.

Yea, I know, but I plan to check Skyrim out to see exactly what kind of improvements I may expect. So I'm happy anyway.

Hmm, slight improvement in Skyrim stuttering for me but nothing great. It still needs a lot of work. Other than that it's still as stable as 13.1 so far.

I agree. Well, I guess it is a 'significant improvement', but it still has quite a way to go. I can tell that performance is perfectly fluent at FullHD Ultra settings with the High Resolution texture pack, but it looks so weird. Looking around is perfectly responsive, it's just the environment around that looks like it's in its own frame-skipping time-space bubble.

EDIT: I take back my previous opinion. Scripted movement is horribly jittery, but real-time playing is surprinsingly fluent. I'd say it's about 95% fixed, at least for me.

Skyrim with vsync on still has input lag and terrible micro stuttering with 13.2 beta3. It's worse than playing a console game. The game always seemed pretty smooth with vsync off and an FPS cap running, so I cannot really see a huge difference between 13.1 WHQL and 13.2 beta3. Good release though, as I have not had any BSODs yet, and performance seems normal.

For Skyrim? No it doesn't. Maybe something else with your machine? Cause all the evidence I see, for Skyrim, it's about on par with Nvidia in terms of frame latency, same for Borderlands 2.

Or... File a report with AMD, don't do nothing and tell them, they need to fix frame latency for Notebooks too. Cause if you don't, they will think it's fixed for everyone, since it's pretty much done deal for desktops. On Guru3D and Overclock, they are reporting on desktops, it's all dandy. So you better do something rather than just complain on forums. Just saying...

I personally won't do anything since I think Skyrim and Bethesda are garbage.

Make sure that your driver file got updated to version ... 12.1017 or something, that it's not still on 9.10.
I have absolutely no input lag and micro stuttering in skyrim outside of the intro sequence (in the intro it was horrible).

Vsync on, everything on ultra, High resolution texture pack, version 1.1 of the game.

Well that bodes well for the complete re-write then, hopefully that beta arrives soon (but ready).
