Whipped out the 3DMark06 huh? lol
Nice work staying on top of the drivers. Are there things you are still working on or are you pretty much just updating the current drivers with your optimizations from previous versions? Just curius! I appreciate what you do! -
Thanks Lee, once again.

If the hardware isn't supported your kinda SOL and limited to whatever driver your hardware will support. If you get really lucky and maybe offer to buy LeekM a 12 pack of beer r something you might be able to pursuade the guy to sit dwn and see if he can add his optimizations to the driver that is compatible with your hardware. I wouldn't get all excited about it until you talk to him, but its worth a shot none the less.
Might want to post up the specs of your laptop for starters.
I ended up with a 24245 in 3DMark06... If I remember right you have a better cpu then I. So I have to wonder if this driver is really doing much for directx 9 games...
EDIT: I take that back, maybe windows 8 and this driver really does help alot. Because my 24k score is at a pretty decent overclock and yours is at stock clocks?!
Just picked up BF4 so Im downloading this driver now to see if there is an improvement.... -

Hi leekm,
I'm wondering why am I not getting anything like you? I just uninstalled the intel and amd drivers, then used driver fusion, then installed the newest intel driver(3316) and then your driver. BF4 runs perfectly with 90%+ utilisation, but that is a dx11 game. When I tried league of legends, I only get 85-90 fps everything on max and only 25%!!!!! gpu usage :s
Edit: by capping and uncapping fps again, it increased my usage a bit, but still far from perfect:

24xxx on 3dmark 06 is normal and 7970m should perform like this

OKAY I MADE AN ACCOUNT JUST TO SAY THANK YOU SO MUCH! I've been frustrated with this issue for a while now and i couldn't find any solutions but this worked like a charm! Again THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Well this driver has helped me attain my best 3DMark11 score yet with a new vbios but I think I'm still going to try the last one for grins.

good drivers. thanks for the work!

Yeah, good drivers. Thanks to AMD for their work.

This will be my first time ever updating the driver in my laptop so I want to make sure I understand. 1st I install the normal driver. 2nd I Disable Driver Signature Enforcement and Disable Secure Boot. 3rd I install the fix. 4th I restore Driver Signature Enforcement?
This may be a dumb question but do I need to update the Intel 4000 driver first at all? Also if I do this on reformat does anything change instruction wise?
Thanks for any help. -

Hi,
Is there a way to reupload the APU drivers ?
My computer is a HP DV7 4170sf with mobility radeon hd 5470 and ATI mobility radeon hd 4250 with windows 8.1 so I think I need those drivers please repost it.
Or maybe there is a new version that i didn't see ?
Thanks -
the enduro issue was solved by amd a long time ago. and while I share drieschel's skepticism when it comes to Leekm's driver fixes, I would like to see someone test out BF4 for any performance gains. currently it runs at around 30-40 with some dips I think.
-
The link is off and I really need this driver. :/
Can someone please reupload it?
Searched in Google and no success. -
