Would an ATi 4870 fit in an M570ETU, if it is MXM 2.1?

I think I remember someone saying that there was no 4870 that came as MXM 2.1.

You can get a 4850 and then overclock it to 4870 clocks.

There are some 4870 MXM 2.1, but they never made it in any commercial laptop so it's virtually impossible to get one.
