Every time I USB3.0 device into the eSATA Port (USB 3.0 combo) this hybrid interface, the device will be recognized as a USB2.0 device, I'm confused. Inserted into the top of the USB 3.0 interface is identified as a USB3.0 device. Side are two P170EM. What kind of problems?![]()

Give the connector a physical inspection, if any of the pins for USB3 are damaged it may just revert to USB2.
