I have a P150HM, and when I go to plug in my adapter to the laptop it changes from solid blue to blinking blue LED...and the laptop refuses to turn on. Anyone know what could be the problem?

The adapter is detecting a short or is unable to deliver the power the machine needs and is cutting out.
