This year I brought a laptop off kobalt, and the graphics card is basically dead,
its a 485m and finding a replacement is proving tiresome to say the least. Can anyone out there offer anyrecommendations or is there anyway I can get a an under warranty replacement card. It a p170hm clevo chassis.

    Many thanks !

    Hi
    a bit more info needed.
is that the G870, GS170 or G170 and what was the full spec. (p170hm means nothing to me).
when did you actually buy it. was it from them direct or off their ebay site.
what tests have you done to come to the conclusion its a dead graphics card. if its artifacts on screen or lines can you post a picture.
