    Well, I didn't know you were having those issues... how do you know its stable if the 3d modes are locked out?
    There is a fix to copy all the performance entries from one...

    I'll be getting an m570 tomorrow, hopefully I can do some further investigating and test my normal fx 3700m card, as my current card is actually 100% flashed to the 280m

    I flashed it back to a FX3700M on the next reboot and subsequently went to work trying to find the maximum stable clocks.

    OH you mean WITH the 280m bios... OK i was confused for a while... i'll just wait until I have 2 laptops lol...

    Anybody know if a 9800m gs from a asus notebook is compatible with my m570ru?

    The 9800m GS will have to be MXM 2.1 NON REVERSED ASUS CARD.

    This DOES NOT include cards made for the asus g5*, g6* series.

    The card that will probably be compatible with the clevo is a rectangle, no odd shapes. And it is for the w90 series.

    9800m GT marketed towards Alienware users is also compatible.

    The 2700m is a good card almost on the 9800m GS level. Compatibility is also a guarantee ;)
