So, I sent it in for an RMA to Sager to address certain issues and to request a motherboard swap to one that has the mSATA fix for my NP8230 (P151SM1). I get it back and I hear a rattling sound whenever my laptop is tilted or if I move it around. I open it up and lightly shake it and some piece of plastic comes out. I can still hear rattling and I shake it a little more and tilting it every which way for a few minutes and out comes another piece of plastic. I've never opened it far enough to see the other side of the board so I don't know how important these pieces of plastic are if it has an effect on performance and I'd rather not go through the RMA process again.
I took a picture of the two pieces of plastic here:

It looks like one of those connectors that helps secure connections or something cause it's black plastic but I can see some small gold plates on it.
Is this something I should be worried about?

There's also scratches that weren't there before and the keyboard looks uneven and not tightly put back. Do they have two different sets of people that put together the machine when initially ordered and another set to deal with RMA? Oh well, if the RAID 0 for the mSATA works, it'll all be worth it I guess.

Thats what most people fear the most - the RMA.
I hate to be kept in the dark about what got scratched or broken during repairs.
Ive had it happen on one of my old Desktops and since then, I never RMA'd anything.
Man, I hate it when people don't do their job with care, especially for an expensive purchase like a $1500 laptop.
After RMA, hear something rattling from my laptop
