Does anyone know if a GTX 260m from an Alienware Mx17 will fit in my sager NP8660?

RJtech can no longer get the GTX 260m and i need a new card for my laptop.

The M17x uses MXM 3.0, so no.

You have an NP8660 it is equipped with MXM2.1. The M17x R1 and R2 have MXM3.0b slots. You won't be getting one of their MXM3.0 cards into it. They are physically incompatible with each other. You should check around the NBR Marketplace for other users selling MXM2.1 variants of the GTX260M. Also you might want to consider this one on Ebay.
