People are actually buying this stuff?

And the witcher 2 can perfectly act as a very demanding benchmark :)
Otherwise, i found the CATzilla benchmark quite funny ( dubstep and cats with lasers ^^)
I didn't tried it on my clevo, just on my old MSI, but i will be back after the results :D
    My MSI wich was based on a GTX675m ( overclocked to 730MHz) and an intel 3610QM , scored 6727 in 720p ( Tiger * certified :D )
    My Clevo ( see signature for spec) achieved : 10408 ( tiger ** ) ( http://www.catzilla.com/showresult?lp=284436|*|Result Details)
I'm feeling...... strange......... in front of your astronomic scores guys ^^

@Elipsus - No need to feel strange. Those are good scores and you're little beast seems to be running like a top. There would be something wrong with our machines if they were the same.

@sa7ina I get what you're saying... not everyone's cup of tea. I love gaming, but I actually enjoy benching more and I get many hours of fun from my benchmark programs the same as I do game. If that were not so, then I probably would not want to spend money on benchmark programs either. Witcher 2 is a great game. Just finished Wolfenstein: The New Order. Even though it is OpenGL and has no multi-GPU support it looks amazing and was a real blast to play... hence my avatar.

A benchmark is designed quite differently to a game.

Unless you are running a in-game or demo benchmark, then it is very similar. I apologize if my comment may have been poorly worded. What I was trying to convey is that I enjoy benching as much or more than I do gaming, even though I like both very much.

Even compared to a time demo, a benchmark should do more to represent a spectrum of titles and requirements and even predict the future requirements of games.

Yeah i know, it's just that, YOUR LAPTOPS ARE SOOoooOOO POWERFUL !
and you know, i always tought that my laptop was a "little beast" even if it's not top notch ( yeah the 780m was a "bit" to pricey^^), i'm still very proud of it( almost half versus a supercharged dual 880m+ i7XM+ 32Gig), but your scores remind me how little my beast is :p.
Quite funny fact, the physics scores of a i7 XM is.......3 time mine ( and i tought my i7 was powerfull lawl) o_O
    but I WILL BE BACK ! :D

    I'm back !

Booom ! 1178 points ! had to mess around with the VBIOS this time +100mv overvoltage for a 1147Mhz ( instead of 992 for the last time ), ccant go higher because of the PowerPerf cap that throttle my card .
Same for the CPU ,just got +100Mhz, i'm thinking about going toa PremaBIOS :D
