Any one know of any alternatives for the Clevo Control Center app. which are capable to controlling the CPU an NB fans?

I spent all night figuring out an issue with one of the licensing service for a plugin i use for 3DS Max. The license server installs and starts just fine, but if there is an update or if it needs to be stopped to update the license info, or whatever hell be the case, the service executable/file gets locked down, even if it the service is stopped and is not tied to any other application and/or service.
Heck when i was trying to uninstall the server, it would error out saying that i cant delete so and so file because it was in use even though the service was stopped. When i tried to manually delete it it would say that it was in use by Windows Audio?? WTF?
Initially i thought it was something to with the realtek drivers and or the SBX utility, but i basically had to reinstall windows 3 times, until i started uninstalling drivers one by one to see which one caused this issue. And turns out it was was the Clevo CC.
All i use the Control Center is for changing the fan profile to MAXIMUM or Overlcock. I can change the fan profile to Max using Fn + 1 , is there a shortcut to change to Overclock?
Also is there any other app for controlling the lights?

Im literally at my wits end.

There is no alternative of controlling the fans other then with Clevo CC... Install the newest version of it and see if this fixes it!

I have the latest version, the 5.0.0.something something.
Tried the version before that as well. It was a no go.

This is rather disappointing, the Clevo CC is not supposed to mess with any other services than its own. So freaking angry right now.

I've not really gotten a good grasp of what those particular fan profiles even do. I mean sure, maximum is 100% fan, but isn't there both an "Automatic" as well as an "Overclock"? The heck is the difference? I know the custom profile can't get above 80% fan speed, but can, well...any of them? Unless you force it with fn+1?
