Hi
After research on the forum, I picked one of the popular resellers to buy a Cleo/sager. A week after order is placed the status had not changed so i contacted them for an update. I was told normally my order would be further along but there have been delays in parts. Once the vender tells them the parts have been sent the status will change. No problem. i understand. But then 30 minutes later I get an update that the parts are on the way.
It's like I had to call them up to remind them of my order to get the ball rolling and it's status updated.
Am I reading to much into it or just sounds like no big deal?

It may be that because you asked they got an update from the supplier and it turned out they were on the way.
