Sorry for the question
I have a clevo p370em, and two cards amd 7970M
to install xfire, I need the cable between the two gpu, or just install the second GPU and enable xfire from the control panel catlyst?
my seller sent me the kit to install the second video card but the cable is not present, and in any video on youtube that I've looked at seem to be needed
does anyone know if it is necessary?
-
Yes you need the xfire cable to enable it
Contact your seller and ask for the cable

Yes, you wont even get the option to try enabling it without it.

the cable is not present,

I thought I would chime in just to support what kopap said, as we are both saying that cable is essential, you have be told by a retailer and an owner.
-
i ask the cable to the seller
