For those who have purchased a barebone Clevo from RJTech and had to use RepairMaster, can you tell me what your experience has been like? I am considering getting a barebone system but this really is the only thing holding me back. I've not had much luck with third party warranty services in the past.

Just stop right there. RepairMaster is a lousy electronics repair company. Do not buy your Clevo with the extended warranty covered by RepairMaster.
