    Hi

    Just flashed the bios to a prema one so now have fan control.

    However I have early 7970m cfx - is there any advantages to flashing with a later vbios and if so which one?

    Is it possible to get them to safely flash to a 8970m or is this not possible?

    I would not bother unless you have issues, there are no performance benefits and unless you have a problem you are just exposing yourself to risk.
