As advised, you really want to avoid generic equipment and stick with OEM. Belkin products are exceptionally bad, I would never trust my expensive machine to Belkin products... -
Mathematically, this item just doesn't add-up:
It shows a cigarette lighter plug, but 12v lighter plug on a 15 Amp fuse can only supply 180w. If your car had a 20 amp fuse for that circuit, it would only supply 240 watts. To get 300 watts it would need to be wired-in to vehicle battery with better wires and a high capacity fuse.D2 Ultima likes this. -

Exactly, don't try and get high power from your car unless you have done some special work, they are not designed to really deliver that and you are just asking for trouble.
