I really like my Slappa Velocity Matrix. Even though it's meant for 17", I think the M860 TU won't be banging around in it as it's relatively thick.

Well, it may be thick, but it won't fit on the sides. My laptop fits well in this backpack: http://targus.ca/ca/product_details.asp?sku=TEB007CA

Actually, there are 2 main sections in the Slappa, including a built in sleeve for laptops in one of the sections, that is in part of why I think it might not shift around as much.

At any rate, Targus makes decent laptop bags as well, my 3 year old Targus is still doing well.

Also, a lot of backpacks have a lifetime warranty. That would be an important feature for me since almost all the bacpacks I have gets some defect after few years.

I've been looking at the Wenger Swissgear Hudson. Looks great, has plenty of room (according to numerous reviews), so I've gone ahead and ordered one for my M860TU.
