This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Anybody bought directly from sager?

    Has anybody bought his laptop directly from www . sagernotebboks . com I mean not xoticpc or other reseller, If anybody has, i was hoping you could tell me how they treat their clients, and if it is safe to buy from them

    there are many threads created about this topic.... just search for them. :)

    But the short answer:
    - Yes many have bought directly through Sager
    - Their service and technical support is good, as compared to other notebook OEMs.

    Although going through a reseller, you get better service and support when you need them and only hand it over to Sager when there is a hardware issue.

    I ordered my np9262 from Sager on-line. Ordered on Monday and it was shipped on Friday, so there is very little wait time. Haven't had any problems with it so I don't know what their support is like.
