    Just as it says... Anyone?
I get the live CD working fine, it installs on my raid but when it tries to boot it tells me that /dev/mapper/<my raid volume/partition> does not exist.

Are you trying to dual-boot linux and _Windows? Also, is the BIOS providing any RAID support or not?

There is apparently a bit of difficulty setting up a RAID-0 array under Ubuntu 8.04, although folks have had success using something called the alternate CD. There's a thread here on NBR started by a poster who successfully installed Ubuntu 8.04 in RAID-0, which can be found here (note that the OP installed using "Ubuntu Alternate 8.04"), and there's also a discussion in this linux thread on Question #30939 in Ubuntu about turning off fakeRAID and BIOS support, and installing Ubuntu with the "alternate CD" and also a similar discussion on this thread from the Ubuntu forums.

Don't know if any of that's gonna help, but it's what I came across through google.

I have the 9262 like in my sig.
I'm going to try a 3rd party boot manager, I think grub has issues with raid.
