This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Sager NP9150 with 7970M, Vsync gets forced in Witcher 3 fullscreen mode (but not windowed mode for some reason). I want to think it is something to do with the Intel driver or Windows 10, but I can't figure it out. The lag especially with frame drops while vsync is on is unbearable.
