This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I have sent multiple emails to pctorque using the contact us link on their site. I have also tried calling them during business hours and using the immediate call back form on their site. It has been 2 weeks. Has anyone had any contact with them?

    I am trying to get an answer on when Intel 510 SSDs and the Bigfoot Networks wireless cards would be available in the laptop configuration on their site (already available on xotic and sagernotebooks).

    I've gotten several responses from them via email. The last email reply I received was the 18th of March.

    I heard the Bigfoot Network cards were a gimmick, no?

    Yea, I wouldn't worry too much about the Bigfoot wireless card. Also, I am waiting for a refund on PCTorque (for the NP5160 preorder) and it's been 7 days (they said it would take 2-3 days). Will update when they do.

    I bought a 5160 yesterday from them and havent received a confirmation from them yet. I also tried to email them and havent heard anything back. ( I dont really expect them to respond until monday but its kind of weird I did not get a confirmation).
