On the Sager Drivers Download page, if I search for "NP9778-S" it shows no results but if I remove the "-S" it shows the drivers for the NP9778.

Are they the same laptop and the drivers are the same for both or is their page not updated yet with the latest model?

What's the difference between them 2 laptops anyway

The same laptops, same drivers. The difference is what came with the S (Special) Free IC Diamond, Free 30 Day Pixel Guarantee, 6700K, 16GB RAM, M.2 EVO... upgrades from the base model.

Do you happen to know why there are 2 Audio Drivers listed:

No problem! From your image one is Windows 7 and one is Windows 10. Or do you mean one audio (Realtek) and one Sound Blaster?

the first are the actual audio drivers, whereas the second listings are a soundblaster sound modification tool, where u can enhance the overall sound quality in clevos :) surround, treble, base, voice enhancements, loudness, etc. totally worth it if u ask me!
