Artifacts? Whats happening?

Hello,

Okay first a little background info, well over a month or so ago I had to send in my laptop for RMA because the display stopped working it wouldn't turn on at all. Sager fixed it up real fast and got it back to me really fast, now onto my current problem. well a little over two weeks or so ago when I turned the laptop on, the "Sager" boot logo was completely filled with artifacts, so I thought oh no something bad has happened with my gpu's for no reason, like the display just randomly went bad for no reason. So once in windows I didn't have any problems at all no sign of any artifacts. So I rebooted and it was fine this time no artifacts on the "Sager" logo at all and since then I haven't had that problem...so starting maybe a day or two over a week, I was restarting my laptop as soon as windows closed and it displays a black screen to reboot there are two separate lines that go all the way across the screen towards the top of the display that are artifacts. So now randomly sometimes this happens when I reboot/restart and sometimes it doesn't happen, so I noticed is this artifacting that has happened on the Sager logo once and now randomly on a restart as soon as windows is closed has never happened in windows its always right as windows is closed in a reboot or right when the laptop is starting up at the Sager logo...So I am not quite sure what I should do because this shouldn't be happening...I am hoping that maybe these is a fix for this that I can do myself? I have also gotten word that someone else has had this same problem as me, before anyone asks the artifacts I am getting on restart right as windows closes happens really fast so I don't think I can get a picture of it but I will try and if I do I will update this and post the picture....thanks guys
