It has a build-in webcam which is said to be 2M right?
But the resolution that I get from my webcam(bison) is 640*480 (300k) for snapshot.

    Anything wrong with my webcam?
Or should I get some special stuff to make it resolution and quality better?

There's some settings in Bisoncam, in image or video settings I think. I can't really say more since I uninstalled this (useless) app.

I'm not using any applications since I don't feel the need to take pictures or videos with my webcam (I have my cellphone for this). Windows Live Messenger can use the webcam without any software, just need the drivers.
