I put this in the window software thread also by mistake. I have the 9280 and love it. Question is with the cyberlink powerdvd I can't play BD movies. It gives error - incompatible graphics driver, please use default driver for payback. What's the default driver? I have the 186.24 driver installed.

i also loaded the bd advisor and it shows the graphic card and driver with green dots, which means it's compatible. So, is with the software that comes with the laptop. Is there another software I can use instead? Any help appreciated.

    thanks

the 9280 has the core i7 920, 6Gb mem, OCZ 30Gb SSD, 320, and 500Gb disk. running WIN 7 ultimate

    I recommend using:
    - Media Player Classic

    simple yet very powerful program.

get it with the K-Lite Codec Pack if you want to be able to play all formats of video out there

    I would also recommend getting:
    - Real Alternative (Real Player codes, now you can watch Real Media files on any media player
    - Quicktime Alternative (Quicktime codecs, now you can watch QT files on any media player)
