    Hello,

I need the bios update for my laptop here's my laptop's infor SAGER NP9262 Ultimate Custom Laptop (Built on Clevo D900C/D901C), Intel Core 2 QUAD Q9450 2.6GHz, 512MB PCI-Express nVidia GeForce. I have checked all the sites that i could think of related to my pc and mobo and nothing. I've asked xoticpc see if they could help no answer since that's where i got mine from. So i thought i'd post it here since i've seen a lot of info here and how you guys are very knowledgeable and i thought maybe someone has had this issue before i really need the update since my laptop freezes here and there and its pretty frustrating. In a different subject i'd like to upgrade my video card but i don't know if this laptop's can be upgraded and if so which video card can i upgrade to? I know im asking a lot of info here and i apologize but like i said its the first friendly site that i've found in forever and i hope you guys can help. Thank you in advance.

Both the BIOS thread ( http://forum.notebookreview.com/sager-clevo/416916-clevo-bios.html) and the Clevo ftp board applicable to the D900C (Sager 9262) show the most recent bios as v0.22. A link is provided in the first post of the BIOS thread, together with a brief explanation of the main purpose for the change(s).

Can't help with video card upgrades, but I'm sure others in the forum can.

D901C/NP9262 GPU Upgrade options are as follows, assuming you have a single 8800m GTX:

-A second 8800m GTX and an SLi cable (expensive)
-A 9800m GTX (expensive and outdated)
-2x 9800m GTX + SLi cable (extremely expensive but would give the best performance in this machine)
-A GTX 280m using the MXM Type III version 2.1 (expensive but is the fastest single GPU you can use in an NP9262)

Please note that you cannot use 2x GTX 280m cards in an NP9262.

Regarding BIOS: Use KBC/EC firmware .13N and BIOS .22.

    Hope that helps.
