    BIOS or GPU issue ?????????

    Hi guys!!!

    If i have no screen in a Clevo M77cu and with 1 long beep then 2 short beeps....

    is a GPU issue or BIOS issue.

    In the case of BIOS how i can load the dafaults or reprogram??

    I can“t see nothing in the display, only BLACK SCREEN!!

    You have no screen in the laptop..? Or just that the display is black?

    Have you checked to make sure that the display is plugged in?

    Usually you can email your reseller for the latest BIOS for your model.

    Edit: you seem to have multiple threads for this same issue.. You shouldn't do that to keep the details in one place. Helps avoid clutter and confusion.. If you've determined your gpu is bad, why keep making multiple threads about the same issue?

    yeah, bios doesn't like smth.

    if your bios is ami then:
    3 beeps DXEIPL was not found
    3 beeps DXE Core Firmware Volume was not found
    google for more but most likely you will have to recover bios. but before this reinstall any newly installed hardware

    Is a Phoenix BIOS.

    But if i receive 1 long beep then 2 short beeps and black screen....

    Is GPU not found or working or BIOS fail?

    If i press F1 the OS continue loading normally but the screen remais black.

    you hear beeps but can load OS? There is nothing I can help then

    How do you know the OS loads if you can't see anything..?

    And do you have an external monitor you could try?
