    Hey, quick (noob) question: how do I check what bios version i have? wha about my vbios (is this necessary to flash?).. lastly, fan firmware: is there any way to see the version # of this?

    I have a np5792, vista 64, 8800m.. thanks

    About the fan firmware I dunno. Maybe it`ll show in BIOS, I`ll double check.
    As for the BIOS, it shows after you start the computer.
    Vbios - everest I think and GPU - Z ...

    GPU-Z works as well for VBIOS. Also lets you dump it
