BSOD np8130

My laptop will sometimes not ocme back on when I close the lid, I close it and when I open it again I have to boot it up again and when it boots it tells me there was an error and in the details it says it was a BSOD. It happened twice today. I downloaded whocrashed and what it says is:

This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x70700)

Another one says the same thing but with ntkrnlmp.exe as a module. Another one said this:

This was probably caused by the following module: nusb3xhc.sys (nusb3xhc+0x14A80)

Any tips on what to do to fix this?

 

Install the USB 3.0 driver from the Clevo driver thread link in my signature.
You may also want this firmware update for the USB 3.0 controller: firmware_3.0.2.8.0.8
