    Backordered (XoticPC) Sager NP7850 w/minor customization, only got 30 days in US. Am I screwed?

    Hey all!

    Just ordered a NP7850 (N850HP6) backorder with removed HDD, Dual Band AC 8265, and removed branding. Everything else is left at default.

    It said on the XoticPC website the ETA for availability is July 7th.

    I assumed it meant the shipping time will be the estimated (9-15 days) after the 7th. So at the latest, it'll arrive at July 22nd.

    However, upon googling, I found some disturbing threads where it took 3 weeks+ for the delivery time. Although these threads are all quite old. Going as far back as 2012, with the most recent I found at 2015. Is it safe to assume XoticPC have improved since then and the estimated 9-15 days is accurate?

    I'm currently in a visiting cousins trip in the US and would be leaving at July 25th...

    Can anyone shed some light on the current delivery time? Should I contact XoticPC and ask if can add rush build or rush shipping? It would really suck if the laptop arrived after I left the US... Won't be visiting again in maybe a year ):

    Hi! What does that mean? The estimated time delivery is longer than 9-15 days?

    It means talk to them and let them know your restrictions.
