    Hey guys,
I'm having a bit of a problem. I often go to the library to study and I usually bring my 2090 with me. At home, I'm always connected to a power supply. Here is my problem: whenever I use my laptop with battery alone, the computer never shuts down properly. At home, the computer shuts down completely when it is plugged in. Whenever I use battery and shutdown, Vista starts shutting down and goes to the screen that says something along the lines of "Please wait while your computer shuts down." However, the computer just freezes there and never fully shuts down. So, I must hold down the power button to shut the computer off. However, the next time I start the computer, I do not get an error saying that windows shut down incorrectly. I'm almost positive this is due to the battery as I've tested other things. Does anyone have any suggestions?
    Thanks,
    Brian

Edit: I am using Vista 32bit
