Yesterday I got my NP2090 back from Sager with a new BIOS. Everything works fine, however the battery monitor keeps reporting 0% and will not go up. I know the battery itself is charged, it clearly lasts more than what 0% would give me, however it doesn't say that it is charging despite charging it all night.

Is this a BIOS problem or a battery calibration problem or something else?

    Thanks in advance!

EDIT: The laptop crapped out just as I finished posting. Apparently the indicator isn't lying, the battery is just not being charged to begin with. Help!

It could be a bad battery. Check to see that it is installed correctly and call customer service.
