    Does swapping RAM mean buying new RAM?

    Swapping RAM requires another computer (or another set of RAM), right? I only have one notebook.

    Why don't you remove again all hdd and boot from a live linux cd?

    did this shinny new 9800m gtx come pre-assembled? meaning the heat sink was attached or did you attach the heat sink your self?
