Windows has a built in command function to fix your MBR.

You can do this with your Windows installation disc.

First, you want to check your HDD for any errors by:
    - going into START > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt
..... if using Vista: right-click on "Command Prompt" link and "Run as Administrator"
    - (in Command Prompt) type: CHKDSK C: /F
..... replace the "C" with which ever drive letter the drive is

    (if using your Windows disc)
    - go into Recovery Console
    - (in Command Prompt) type: CHKDSK C: /R
..... replace the "C" with which ever drive letter the drive is

Then that should scan your HDD for errors and fixes them.

After the HDD errors are gone, you can now fix the boor record:
    - going have to use a Windows installation (or Windows ulilities) disc
    - (in Command Prompt / Recovery Console)
    type: fixmbr \Device\HardDisk0

EASUS has an app called Partition Table Doctor that may be able to repair your partition tables - no guarantees, though. Unfortunately, while the free version will tell you whether or not it thinks it can repair your partition tables, you'll have to pay for the full version to actually repair your tables.

I have used Partition Table Doctor in situations where things were too badly messed up to repair with the built-in Win utilities.
