What is the best method for selling/buying hardware? Especially with the resellers if they offer any plans?

I ask because maybe in the future I might want to upgrade the hardware. Especially after seeing the MX nvidia cards and revision of the 3rd gen ivy's come out.

I may want to upgrade from the 3610QM to the 3740QM (400MHz increase) and the 675M to the 675MX (performance increase and going from Fermi to Kepler).

I just buy everything from EBay or on here and sell the old stuff on EBay. Unless you still have warranty I would hang on to the old stuff incase something needs to be worked on.
