    Hi,
I'm not really sure where to post this thread, but if you (as in a moderator) decide to move this, just pm me where to find it. I'm trying to find a Clevo M570U Notebook and I'm not sure where to find one of the cheaper ones. I've looked at RJtech and a bunch of other websites but you have to buy the proccessor yadda yadda yadda bringing the price up and over 2000. I'm really greedy, so I stilll want all the nice stuff (if possible). So.. I was wondering what websites had really good prices for this notebook (and a customization option)... and other laptops in general as well. I don't mind international shipping. Also, any Clevo coupons?
    Thanks

You should post this in the Sager and Clevo forum.

Clevo is the most famous boutique brand manufacturer. They do not do coupons or rebates.

The best prices for the Clevo M570U is usually from:
    - Hypersonic-PC.com
    - RJtech.com
    - Powernotebooks.com (you must call them to get a better deal)
    - flawlesscomputers.com (you must call them to get the best deal)

By calling them, you can get it down more than $100-200 of the prices on the sites.

    Hope this helps,
    -Gophn

Hear hear! I support this idea. :)

On a side note, has Flawless Computers stopped carrying Clevo/Sager? Unless I'm just missing it, all I can find in their notebook section are 4 models, all MSI.

Oh, I see, the 5760 is still selectable on their site, once you choose one of the other notebooks and get into the configuration options. A little odd, but whatever. I really like the thought of a free 3-year warranty with a price on-par or less than RJTech. They don't have WUXGA or 7200rpm drives listed as options, but I assume I can get those by contacting them directly... Thanks for the heads-up on them!

It should be done by today.

120GB 7,200RPM drives do not exist in a 2.5" form factor. The biggest 7,200RPM drive is 100GB. Next year, we'll see 200GB 7,200RPM models.
    http://www.notebookreview.com/default.asp?newsID=3322

    You must have gotten either a 100GB 7,200RPM drive or a 120GB 5,400RPM one.

They will give you $200.00 off. When you go in to customize a computer a pop up window pops up with a $200.00 discount code. When you email them about what you want in your 5670 just mention you seen the 200.00 off coupon code....

I took the opportunity to take my $200 dollar savings from the flawless promo code to buy the zero dead pixel policy...I hope that wasn't a pointless purchase.
my system would have cost me $2550.00 with free shipping instead of $2750.00(actually it came out to $2800 with next day air). And that is loaded with a T7200, 100gb 7200rpm HD, 2gb corsair 667 ram, wireless/bluetooth, DVD multi drive w/DVDRAM, xp pro, 1900X1200 WUXGA LCD, and the nvdia go7950 GTX! and of course the standard Flawless 3yr warranty!!! Good price or what?

Actually Im pretty sure the promo code I used was for 300 buck and not 200 bucks. The invoice before the code came to $3100.00

Thats a savings of about 500 bucks over the xps 1710 spec'd out the same way but with only a 1 year warranty and no zero dead pixel policies. Same goes for the savings over a lot of other resellers who sell the clevo/sager i think.

You know, even though I'm very happy with my choice to go with a m570U from Flawless, I do kinda wish I could have the light setup from the Dells. Should I be ashamed to admit that? Quite possibly. :)

Can you, or anyone else confirm, that powernotebooks.com will negotiate prices. I got the impression that they would not.

The headline on our homepage says: CALL US for Special Promotions on PowerPro and Crown Models

Unfortunately that does not extend to Sager models.

We have it listed on our site in many places that we negotiate on prices. There is usually some sort of promotion that is always running.

Winter please PM me further info on these emails.

Thanks Gophn for pointing it out. :)
