Hi all, be easy with me, I'm kind of new to the gaming computer scene and performance tuning. Can someone explain to me how to update my Bios, check which version I have, and what an updated bios does for me?

    Thank you!

burn the .iso file through nero, restart your machine and follow the instruction.
my idea is, if it isn't broken, don't fix it.

So if I burn that to an disc (.iso) then will it become 64-bit compatible?

the BIOS has nothing to do with your operate systems, no matter you are 32 bit or 64.

Will it increase performance at all? I'm not planning on upgrading this laptop so should I just not bother.

On a seperate note, I've got a T7500 in my M570RU and is 67*C a safe temp under a full load? What would be the Max temp thats safe?

the maximum temp can go up to 130C, but 90C below considered as safe zone. You are welcome.
