Hello, i'm having a problem with my 1.3 megapixel integrated webcam, it used to work perfectly until one day (like a week ago), now it doesn't displays any image under the BisonCam utility (nor any software like msn messenger).

I do have the webcam on (confirmed with Fn+F10), and also the device manager says that everything is working good. Also, when I open the BisonCam utility it doesn't shows any error message, like if everything was ok, but the screen just remains white. I tried reinstalling the latest drivers but it hasn't worked (6.64.704.3).

Any ideas what could it be? This are my system specs:

    Sager np5793
    OS: Vista x64
Integrated 1.3 Megapixel Digital Video Camera
    Intel t8100 processor @2.1GHz
    Nvidia 9800m gts GPU

Any help is greatly appreciated, I attached how BisonCam looks.

You could try reinstalling the drivers from your driver CD.

Yeah, I already tried that, with no success. I guess a full reinstallation of Vista would do the work, but I want to try something less radical first.

Did you uninstall the drivers completely before reinstalling?

I just tried removing the drivers from the Device Manager and also Bisoncam software from Programs and Features, and after the reinstallation the problem is still there. This is frustrating because the webcam does work under linux.

Does anyone have a similar problem?, I searched the web and there are few people with the same problem, but all unsolved.

Sorry to bump the post, but there's no solution in the web and I've had the problem for weeks without success, any idea of what could be causing this?

I'm having the same problem. Have you contacted sager yet? I'm about fed up with it and I'm going to, they really should have working drivers for this SOMEWHERE.
